Ingredients
Aquafaba:
Lemon juice:
Sunflower oil:
3.5 fl oz / 100 ml
1/2 fl oz / 15 ml
10 fl oz / 300 ml
Instructions
1. In a container, add the aquafaba, salt, and lemon juice.
2. Using an immersion blender, process for a couple of minutes until the preparation turns whitish and increases in size.
3. At this point, gradually add the vegetable oil while continuing to process, trying to integrate the oil.
4. Once you get the creamy consistency characteristic of mayonnaise, the preparation will be ready.
5. You can add garlic and spices of your preference to enhance its flavor.
