Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients, excluding the vegetable broth, in a container. You can add spices to taste; oregano and barbecue seasoning are good choices.
2. Blend together all the ingredients using a hand blender.
3. Add the vegetable broth slowly and knead just until it becomes compact.
4. Cut the dough into four pieces.
5. Using your hands, form each portion into the shape of a chorizo.
6. After wrapping each chorizo in plastic wrap, firmly press each end to make it compact.
7. The chorizos should be cooked for 45 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
8. Take it out of the water and allow it to cool to room temperature. Store them in the refrigerator if you won't be using them right away.
