Ingredients

Potatoes:
Nutritional yeast:
Vegan milk:
Cassava starch:
Vegan cheese:

2 slices

Instructions

1. Cook the potato, in boiling water, until soft.
2. Remove it from the water and mash it into a puree.
3. Add the nutritional yeast, plant-based milk, a little salt and 3 tablespoons of oil.
4. Mixes very well.
5. Add the cassava starch and mix again.
6. Form small balls and place them on a previously greased baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF.
