Margarine:
Vegan milk:

Cocoa cream:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 oz / 25 gr.
20 oz / 550 gr.
5 oz / 150 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl put the milk, water, margarine (melted), sugar and yeast in small pieces; mix well.
2. Add the flour and salt, and mix again; Knead until the consistency is manageable.
3. Form into a ball, cover it and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
4. Degas and divide into 8.
5. Take a portion of the dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it with a rolling pin (you can moisten it or use parchment paper so that the dough doesn't stick) so that it looks like an oval rectangle.
6. Spread cocoa cream on it and close it.
7. Repeat the process with the remaining portions and place them all on a greased baking sheet; Let them sit for half an hour.
8. Brush with soy milk and bake over medium heat on top for 15 minutes.
9. Let sit at room temperature.
