Oat flour:
Fresh cheese:
Vainilla:
2 oz / 60 gr.
2 oz / 60 gr.
1 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix well until a dough is formed.
3. Take the dough and dive into 3 parts.
4. Take each portion and stretch into a triangular shape.
5. Take a baking paper and shape it into a cone.
6. Wrap the dough in the paper so that it takes the shape of a cone.
7. Repeat with the remaining portions.
8. Bake for 12 minutes at 190°C/375ºF until crispy.
