Ingredients

Tofu:
Nutritional yeast:
Garlic powder:
Onion powder:
Bread crumbs:
Vegan milk:
Tamari:

7 oz / 200 gr.

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
3.5 fl oz / 100 ml
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. To remove extra liquid, crumble the tofu and place it on a filter cloth.
2. Pour the drained tofu into a bowl and mix in the nutritional yeast and onion powder. To your taste, you can also add additional spices, like powdered smoke. "
3. Blend thoroughly. Place the dough in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour after wrapping it in plastic wrap.
4. Combine the soy milk and tamari in a bowl.
5. Combine the breadcrumbs and garlic powder in a separate bowl. Add the powdered parsley.
6. divide the dough into pieces and form them into nuggets.
7. Each nugget is dipped first in the bowl containing tamari and soy milk, and then in the bowl containing breadcrumbs.
8. Set them up on a tray (greased or lined with parchment paper).
9. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
10. Allow it to cool down at room temperature.
