Instructions
1. Add a little oil to a frying pan and saute the grated zucchini and tofu along with the small pieces of bell pepper.
2. After adding the spices, cook covered over low heat for five minutes.
3. Take a wafer of dough, run a little water around the rim, and then press some filling into the center.
4. Organize into folds.
5. Keep going until the filling is all done.
6. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, turn the heat on, and add the gyozas.
7. To make the sauce, blend together the soy sauce, water, hot spices, and your preferred spices.
8. Until the sauce forms, whisk vigorously.
9. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes after pouring the sauce over the gyozas.
