Tofu and cocoa cheesecake

Tofu:
Coca powder:
Coconut oil:
Sugar:
Vegan milk:
Dehydrated dates:
Nut mix:

10.5 oz / 300 gr.
5 tablespoons
4 fl oz / 120 ml
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
3.5 fl oz / 100 ml
1 cup
1 cup

Instructions

1. Remove the pit from the dates.
2. Cook the dates, in boiling water, for 3 minutes.
3. Take them to a bowl and grind them very well.
4. Add the nuts, 0.5 fl oz of coconut oil and a pinch of salt.
5. With the resulting dough, form the base of the cheesecake on a mold.
6. Now, in another recipient, crush the tofu, cocoa, 3.5 fl oz of coconut oil, sugar and vegetable milk.
7. Pour the cream over the cheesecake base.
8. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
