Instant coffee:

Instructions
1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
2. Set the yolks aside.
3. Place the Egg whitess in a bowl and beat until stiff. Set it aside.
4. Add the cream cheese, crackers, coffee, sweetener, and flavoring to the egg yolks.
5. Blend well.
6. Add this mixture to the Egg whitess whipped in snow, mixing in an enveloping way.
7. Transfer it to a baking pan.
8. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
