Textured soy:
Olive oil:
Soy sauce:
BBQ seasoning:
Paprika:
Cornstarch:

Instructions
1. Boil the steaks for 4 minutes in plenty of water.
2. Drain and let cool.
3. Press the fillets with both hands to drain as much liquid as possible and make them as dry as possible. Set it aside.
4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, spices, paprika and cornstarch.
5. Mix the soy fillets with the previous preparation and let stand for 30 minutes.
6. Stick the fillets on chopsticks to assemble the skewers.
7. Place in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 205°.
