Teriyaki Tofu

Ingredients
Tofu:
Nori seaweed:
Cornstarch:
Soy sauce:
Tamari:
Red wine:
Honey:
8 oz. / 250 gr.

1 tablespoon
Instructions
1. Cut the tofu into sticks about 2 cm thick.
2. Cut the tofu into strips 2 cm thick.
3. Wrap each tofu stick with a piece of nori seaweed at the middle.
4. Coat the tofu sticks in cornstarch.
5. In a cup, mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of tamari, 1 tablespoon of red wine, 1 tablespoon of honey and ½ cup of water.
6. Heat a pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil.
7. Cook the tofu sticks until they are golden on each side.
8. Add the teriyaki sauce and let it cook for a couple more minutes.
9. Remove from heat, decorate with chopped chives and sesame seeds.
