Sweet potato rolls

Ingredients

Sweet potatoes:
Rice flour:
Fresh cheese:
Baking powder:

1 unit
4 tablespoons
3.5 oz. / 100 gr.
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Cook the sweet potato until completely tender.
2. Using a fork, mash the sweet potato.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until completely integrated.
4. Form small balls, and transfer them to a baking sheet (previously greased).
5. If you prefer, you can brush them with egg to give them a little more color.
6. Bake at 180ºC/350°F for 15 minutes.
