Sweet oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients

Oatmeal:
Baking powder:
Cinnamon:
Peanut butter powder:
Banana:
Vainilla:
Olive oil:
Vegan milk:

4 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 unit
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
5 fl oz / 150 ml

Instructions

1. In the blender bowl place the oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and peanuts.
2. Blend well, so that it is without lumps.
3. Add the banana, vanilla, oil and milk.
4. Whisk well until you get a pancake-like cream.
5. In a preheated, oiled skillet, spoon portions into portions.
6. Let them brown for 3 to 4 minutes, until they come away from the pan.
7. Flip them over and repeat on the other side for two minutes, until golden brown.
