Sweet carrot pancakes

Egg whites:
Carrot:
Rice flour:
Protein powder:
Baking powder:
Cocoa powder:
Dairy milk:

8.5 fl oz / 250 ml
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 unit
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
3 gr.
5 gr.
1/2 fl oz / 15 ml

Instructions

1. With the help of the blender, combine the carrot, rice flour, 20 g of protein, baking powder and sweetener to your liking.
2. In a frying pan over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil.
3. Pour in some of the mixture and shape it into a pancake.
4. Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture.
5. In a mug, mix the milk, cocoa powder and 20 g of protein.
6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top of the pancakes.
