Ingredients
Oatmeal:
Chia:
Panela powder:
Cinnamon:
Instant coffee:
Vegan milk:
Apple:

14 oz / 400 ml
Instructions
1. In a frying pan, toast the rolled oats until golden brown.
2. Place the chia seeds in the blender and blend for a few seconds.
3. Add the toasted oats, panela, cinnamon, cereal coffee and grind everything together until it is like a very fine flour.
4. Add the plant-based milk and changing the blades for whisk blades, beat the mixture until you get a cream without lumps.
5. Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid and refrigerate for 8 hours.
6. Serve by adding the apple in small pieces.
