Ingredients

Sweet potatoes:
Cinnamon:
Anis:
Grated coconut:
Chocolate:
Coconut oil:
Sesame seeds:

1/2 unit
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
2 oz / 50 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
2 teaspoons
3 teaspoons

Instructions

1. Cook the sweet potato on high in the microwave for 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Peel the sweet potato and mash it on a platter with a fork, crushing well.
3. Add the cinnamon and anise.
4. Gradually add the grated coconut, well integrated.
5. With your hands, form an even ball.
6. divide into small portions to form the chocolates and take to the refrigerator to rest for a while.
7. Melt the chocolate in a bowl, then thoroughly combine it with the sesame seeds and coconut oil.
8. Remove the chocolates from the refrigerator and dip each one in the melted chocolate.
9. Place them on baking paper.
10. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
