Rounds zucchini:
Garlic:

Instructions
1. On top of each zucchini, make a cross-section and remove the lid; With the help of a spoon, empty the contents, leaving a wall 1/2 cm thick. Reserve the tapas.
2. Chops the extracted content.
3. In a frying pan over medium-low heat, put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the minced garlic until golden brown.
4. Add the contents extracted from the chopped zucchini and cook for 3 min.
5. Add the chopped peppers and cook for 5 more minutes.
6. Add the textured soybeans, wheat grits, salt and pepper, and pour in 1/2 liter of water.
7. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. At this point you can add spices to your liking.
8. Fill the zucchini and cover each one with the slice of zucchini you had reserved.
9. Transfer the zucchini to a greased baking sheet and bake at 160°C C for one hour.
