Garlic:

Vegan milk:

Instructions
1. Chop the garlic, the onion into squares.
2. Bring them to a frying pan, over medium heat, with a little olive oil, until golden brown.
3. Add the plant-based meat of your choice, and spices to taste.
4. Stir well.
5. After a couple of minutes add the coconut milk, and continue stirring.
6. Next, remove the seeds and wash them thoroughly.
7. Stuff the peppers with the preparation.
8. Put them in the fryer at 190ºC/390ºF for 10 minutes.
