Spinach rolls

Ingredients

Spinach:
Organic eggs:
Egg whites:
Oatmeal:
Onion powder:

7 oz / 225 gr.
1 unit
5 fl oz / 150 ml
1/2 oz / 20 gr.
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Cook the spinach in a little olive oil in a frying pan until it shrinks in size.
2. Take out and mix in with the remaining ingredients.
3. Then, add more olive oil to the frying pan and heat it to medium.
4. Add a small amount of the mixture when it's hot, just enough to form a 'crepe'.
5. After fully cooked on both sides, remove it.
6. Proceed with the remaining mixture in the same manner.
7. Choose your fillings and stuff the rolls.
