Red lentils:
Pumpkin seeds:
Garlic:
Cumin:
Stem ginger powder:
Onion powder:
Dried basil:
Nutritional yeast:
Lemon:
2 oz / 50 gr.
1 tablespoon
1 clove
1/2 teaspoon
1/3 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 unit
Instructions
1. Cook the red lentils in enough water in a saucepan until they are tender.
2.Empty and store them.
3. Crush the pumpkin seeds in a bowl and mix in the dry ingredients.
4. Blend thoroughly after adding the cooked lentil and lemon juice. Gradually add water (the amount will depend on the consistency you are looking for).
5. Keep chilled, in a covered container.
