Soy milk:
Nutritional yeast:

Instructions
1. In a pot with plenty of water, cook the soybeans until they're soft.
2. Transfer the soybeans to a blender, add the nutritional yeast, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, ½ cup of water and salt to taste.
3. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the preparation and cook until you get a very thick consistency.
4. At this point, add your preferred spices.
5. Mix a bit more and remove from heat.
6. Grease a mold with a little vegetable oil.
7. Pour the mixture into the mold, let it cool at room temperature and refrigerate for 1 hour.
