Ingredients
Dehydrated dates:
Almond flour:
Vainilla:
8 units
2 oz / 60 gr.
1 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Soak the dates in hot water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain the dates and process them with the hand blender.
3. You should get a heavy cream.
4. Add the almond flour, a pinch of salt and vanilla sweetener.
5. Knead very well.
6. Pour the mixture into a bowl (lined with greaseproof paper), and shape it into nougat.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
