Instructions
1. Toast the sesame seeds in a skillet over low heat. To ensure even browning, stir frequently.
2. Spoon the toasted sesame seeds into a bowl and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp sea salt (or regular salt if unavailable).
3. Mix it again.
4. Grind the ingredients in a mortar and pestle until a fine mixture forms.
5. Add the paprika, garlic, and hint of smoke.
6. Blend thoroughly.
7. Keep refrigerated in a glass container.
