Ingredients

Wheat flour:
Cooked white beans:
Onion:
Garlic powder:
Parsley powder:
Paprika:
Smoke powder:

8 oz / 250 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 unit
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In the blender, put the cooked beans, the onion (in small pieces) and 7 fl oz water.
2. Crushes well.
3. Add the spices and mash again.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the gluten.
5. Mix everything together (use a spoon first and then your hands) until you get a dough.
6. Make the dough look like fillets (you can help yourself with a rolling pin).
7. Cook them in a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat.
8. Once cooked, cover with water in the same pan and add a splash of soy sauce.
9. Put the lid on and let it cook over low heat for half an hour.
