Mushrooms:

White vinegar:

Seaweed dulls:

Instructions
1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and put them in a glass bowl.
2. Add the vinegar and water.
3. Chop the garlic and place it in a glass jar, and add the parsley, seaweed and oil, and cover. Let everything sit for 2 hours.
4. Strain the mushrooms and put them back in their bowl, and add the garlic preparation; Then take to the fridge.
5. After 24 hours it will be ready.
