Instructions
1. Add the rolled oats, chopped tomatoes, beans, olive oil, and ½ teaspoon salt to the blender.
2. Blend until thoroughly blended.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes after transferring to a bowl.
4. Add hemp seeds to the top when serving (optional).
