Rice with tofu and seeds

Basmati rice:
Garlic:

Red pepper:
Tofu:
Paprika:
Sunflower seeds:
Pumpkin seeds:

Instructions

1. Cook the rice with a cup of water and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes over low heat.
2. Cut the vegetables into cubes and saute them in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil and paprika, until they are completely integrated.
3. Add the tofu in pieces until golden.
4. When the basmati rice is cooked, pour it into the mixture. Stir until combined, and let it rest at room temperature.
5. Toast the sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds.
6. Serve the rice and place the toasted seeds on top.
