Ingredients
Glutinous rice:
Sugar:
3.5 oz. / 100 gr.
2 tablespoons
Instructions
1. Put the flour in a container, add 2.5 fl oz of warm water.
2. Mix until you form a consistent dough that doesn't stick to your fingers.
3. Form small balls with the mixture and let them rest.
4. In a pot, put plenty of water and bring it to medium heat.
5. Once it starts to boil, add the rice balls and let them cook until they float.
Remove and set them aside.
6. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a little water, mix well until dissolved.
7. Lower the heat, add the balls and continue mixing. 8. Let it cook for a couple more minutes. If necessary, add more sugar and more water, the idea is to get a thick and sweet sauce.
