Ingredients
Red lentils:
Garlic powder:
Onion powder:
Sun-dried tomatoes:
Baking soda:
Psyllium:

Instructions
1. Soak the red lentils for 12 hours in plenty of water.
2. Drain the lentils and transfer them to the blender.
3. Add salt and spices to your taste, we recommend a teaspoon of mixed herbs.
4. Hydrate the tomatoes in a little oil and add them to the preparation.
5. Add 5 fl oz of water, psyllium, and baking soda.
Process all the ingredients well until you get a cream. 6. Add more water if necessary.
7. Spray oil on the waffle maker and once it's hot, add the mixture in generous amounts.
8. Cook for 5 minutes.
