Red lentils bagels

Ingredients

Red lentils:
Flax flour:
Plant-based milk:
Nutritional yeast:
Baking soda:
Lemon juice:

7 oz / 200 gr.
2.5 oz / 80 gr.
3 fl oz / 90 ml
20 gr.
5 gr.

Instructions

1. In a container, soak the lentils for 10 minutes in plenty of hot water.
2. Drain the lentils and transfer them to the blender.
3. Add the flax flour, soy milk, 1 fl oz of olive oil, nutritional yeast, baking soda, and lemon juice. Also add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Process well until all ingredients are incorporated.
5. Take a bit of dough and shape it into a bagel by hand.
6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough, making 5 units.
7. Add the seeds of your preference on top of each bagel.
8. Place the bagels on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200ºC/390ºF.
