Red lentil soup

Ingredients

Leek:
Red lentils:
Vegetable soup:
Nutritional yeast:
Vegetable broth cubes:
Garlic powder:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
7 fl oz / 200 ml
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Cut the leek into small pieces and saute in a frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
2. When it is sauteed, add the lentils and water.
3. Cook until the lentils are tender (about 10 minutes from boiling).
4. Remove from heat and add the yeast, seasoning, garlic powder, salt to taste and a drizzle of oil.
5. Blend well with the mixer until you get a homogeneous consistency.
6. Transfer it to a plate and add a drizzle of oil and optionally the hemp seeds (or any nuts) on top.
