Red lentil parmentier

Ingredients

Red lentils:
Vegetable broth cubes:
Potatoes:
Nutritional yeast:
Olive oil:

1/2 cup
2 tablespoons
1 unit
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. Place the lentils and 1.5 cups of water into a bowl.
2. Add the seasonings after dissolving them in half a cup of water..
3. Incorporate the sliced potato.
4. Let it cook for ten minutes, or until all the ingredients become soft.
5. Transfer the blend into the glass blender container, incorporate nutritional yeast and a tsp of olive oil, and blend.
6. Apply the trick once you have a homogeneous consistency. You can add sesame seeds as a garnish.
