Red lentil crepe

Ingredients

Red lentils:
Garlic powder:
Paprika:
Dried oregano:
Nutritional yeast:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Soak the red lentils in plenty of water for 8 hours.
2. Drain well and Transfer it to a bowl.
3. Add 7 fl oz of water and the rest of the ingredients, and blend until smooth.
4. Bring the pan to medium heat, add a little olive oil.
5. Pour a thin layer of the mixture into the pan.
6. Cook on both sides until nicely browned.
7. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
