Raspberry and almond ice cream

Ingredients

Almonds:
Erythritol:
Raspberries:
Fresh cheese:

1 cup
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
4 oz / 120 gr.
4.5 oz / 125 gr.

Instructions

1. In a frying pan, toast the almonds, add the erythritol and 4 fl oz of water.
2. Mix well and cook over high heat until everything is melted.
3. Turn off the heat and stir until all the preparation is dry.
4. For the ice cream in a bowl we place the raspberries, cheese and sweetener.
5. Crushes well.
6. Place a portion in a bowl and add caramelized caramelized to taste.
