Quinoa Pancakes

Ingredients

Carrot:
Cooked quinoa:

1 unit
3.5 oz / 100 gr.

Instructions

1. Soak the quinoa in hot water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain it and transfer to a container.
3. Add 5 fl oz of water, spices of your choice, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Blend very well until you get a homogeneous consistency.
5. Finely grate the carrot and integrate it into the quinoa.
6. Spread the preparation on a tray (previously greased) and bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC/350°F.
