Quinoa croquettes

Ingredients
Cooked white beans:
Cooked quinoa:
Wheat flour:
Vegetable broth cubes:
Oregano:
Garlic powder:
7 oz / 200 gr.
8 oz / 250 gr.

1 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Transfer the quinoa and beans to a bowl. It shreds very well.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the flour, and mash again.
3. Add a little water and oil until you get a kneadable consistency.
4. Add the flour and mix with a spoon.
5. Form small balls, and flatten them to form kibble.
6. Cook on both sides in a frying pan, over medium heat, until golden brown.
