Cooked quinoa:
Lemon:
Erythritol:
Peanut butter:
Shredded coconut:
Banana:
3.5 oz. / 100 gr.

2 oz / 50 gr.
20 gr.
4 oz. / 120 gr.
Instructions
1. In the blender, place the quinoa, erythritol, lemon zest and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
2. Blend very well until integrated.
3. In a bowl, mash the banana until it becomes a puree.
4. Add the peanut butter and coconut to the bowl with the bananas. Mix manually.
5. Integrate the quinoa into the preparation and mix again.
6. Form small balls with the dough and transfer them to a baking sheet (previously greased).
7. Press the balls and bake at 180ºC/350°F for 15 minutes.
