Quinoa and flax bread

Ingredients

Cooked quinoa:
Flax seeds:
Baking powder:
Turmeric powder:
Lemon juice:

8 oz / 250 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. In a container, soak the quinoa for 8 hours.
2. In a different container, soak the flax seeds for 15 minutes.
3. Drain the seeds and transfer them to the blender.
4. Add 2.5 fl oz of water, 1.5 fl oz of olive oil, lemon juice, baking powder, and turmeric. Add other spices of your preference.
5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, it can be 1 large or several small ones.
6.Add pumpkin or sunflower seeds on top.
7. Bake for 50 minutes at 180ºC/355ºF.
