Quinoa and chia bread

Ingredients

Cooked quinoa:
Chia:
Baking soda:
White vinegar:

10.5 oz / 300 gr.
2 oz / 60 gr.
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. In two different containers, soak the quinoa and chia for 12 hours.
2. Once this time has passed, drain the seeds and transfer them to the blender.
3. Add the baking soda, vinegar, 2 fl oz of water, 2 fl oz of olive oil, salt and spices to your taste.
4. Process well until all ingredients are incorporated.
5. Pour the preparation into a mold (previously greased) and bake (preheated) for 50 minutes at 350ÂșC.
6. Remove, let cool at room temperature.
