Ingredients

Pumpkin:
Oat flour:
Organic eggs:
Cocoa powder:
Chocolate:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 unit
1/2 oz / 15 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions

1. Cook the squash in plenty of water until soft.
2. In a bowl, put the flour and cocoa.
3. Mix well.
4. Add the pumpkin, egg and, if you want to add it, the flavoring of your choice.
5. Mix well again until it forms a dough.
6. Transfer the mixture to a pre-greased donut pan.
7. Moisten your hands and transfer the dough to the mold, until all the spaces are filled or until the dough runs out.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350ºF for about 7 minutes.
9. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
10. Melt the chocolate and bathe them.
