Ingredients

Pumpkin:
Oat flour:
Vegan milk:
Organic eggs:

7 oz / 200 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
10 fl oz / 300 ml
2 units

Instructions

1. Cook the squash in plenty of water until soft.
2. Transfer the cubed pumpkin to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Blend very well.
4. Cook them in a frying pan over medium heat with oil or butter on the base (as if you were making pancakes); Cook them on both sides until done.
