Pumpkin and coconut cream

Ingredients

Pumpkin:
Vegan milk:
Garlic:
Onion:

2 cups
3/4 cup
1 clove
1 unit

Instructions

1. Cook, in boiling water, the gourd. Add a little salt.
2. When it's soft, remove it and drain it.
3. Cut the onion into cubes and the garlic into slices.
4. Put the onion and garlic in a frying pan, add a little oil and cook over medium heat.
5. When they are golden, transfer them to the bowl with the pumpkin and mash very well.
6. Add the coconut milk and whisk again.
7. Transfer the cream to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
