Pumpkin and cheese bombs

Ingredients

Pumpkin:
Vegan cheese:
Oatmeal:
Corn flour:
Garlic powder:

1/2 unit
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Cook the squash in boiling water, until completely soft (if boiling, strain it); transfer it to a container.
2. Puree it.
3. Form balls and put a piece of cheese in the center; close them tightly.
4. In a bowl mix the cornmeal, oats, garlic, salt to taste and the spices of your choice.
5. Coat the balls and transfer them to a greased baking sheet.
6. Bake over high heat on top for 10 min., or until golden brown.
