Puff pastry with onions

Ingredients

Puff pastry:
Scallion:
Dried oregano:
Vegan cheese:
Cane syrup:
Olive oil:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.
3 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.
1/2 fl oz / 20 ml
2 fl oz / 50 ml

Instructions

1. Slice the chives finely.
2. Cut the cheese into small pieces.
3. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles measuring 5 by 6 cm (approximately).
4. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
5. Place a small amount of olive oil, a few shovels of chives, some cheese squares, some oregano, and a small amount of cane honey on the parchment paper.
6. Press the edges of one of the puff pastry rectangles together to cover the filling after placing it on top of the preparation.
7. Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF, or until golden brown.
