Puff pastry:

Instructions
1. Combine orange zest, orange blossom water, vanilla, and sweetener in a bowl.
2. Blend it thoroughly.
3. After unfolding the puff pastry dough, apply the preparation on it.
4. Into a cylinder, fold it.
5. Form it into a circle so that a thread is formed.
6. Move to a pan that is oven-safe.
7. Top with orange slices and a bit more sugar.
8.Bake it for about 25 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF.
9. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
