Potato Hummus

Ingredients

Potatoes:
Green peas:
Carrot:
Cooked chickpeas:
Cumin:
Paprika:
Tahini sauce:
Garlic:
Apple cider vinegar:
Cilantro:

7 oz. / 200 gr.
3.5 oz. / 100 gr.
3.5 oz. / 100 gr.
7 oz. / 200 gr.
1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 clove
1 tablespoon
1 sprig

Instructions

1. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small squares.
2. Cook all the vegetables in plenty of water until they're soft.
3. Remove the vegetables from the water and transfer them to a bowl.
4. Transfer the chickpeas to the blender or food processor, add the rest of the ingredients, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to your taste.
5. Process very well until completely integrated.
6. Add the hummus to the bowl with the vegetables and mix with folding movements.
7. Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the preparation, mix well.
