Olive oil:
Potatoes:
1 tablespoon

Instructions
1.Slice the potato extremely thinly.
2. Place one tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl and add spices to taste (we recommend paprika and thyme).
3. Stir in the potatoes and let them marinate for a few minutes.
4. Place the potato slices in a dish.
5. Five minutes in the microwave.
6. Following this period, take out, turn over, and return each sheet to the microwave for an additional five minutes.After thoroughly cleaning the potatoes, slice them into thin sticks (you can leave the skin on, if you prefer).
