Ingredients

Plums:
Agar-Agar:

3 units
2 gr.

Instructions

1. Place the fruit and water in the blender, and process until the mixture is smooth (the amount of water will be until you complete the 14.0 oz in total between fruit and water, that is, if you have 8.8 oz in plums, you will put 5.3 oz of water).
2. Re-grind thoroughly after adding the agar agar.
3. Place it in a pot over medium heat, allow it to boil, then reduce the heat to low. Stir over low heat for two minutes before turning off.
4. Once the mixture has cooled to room temperature, transfer it to a mold.
5. Keep it chilled for a minimum of six hours.
