Ingredients

Green peas:
Dried oregano:

3 cups
1 unit

Instructions

1. Soak the peas for at least two hours.
2. Drain and blend with 3 1/2 cups of water. At this point, add spices to your liking.
3. Transfer the mixture to a pot and cook over medium heat until creamy.
4. Turn off the heat, let it sit at room temperature for at least an hour.
5. Pour the mixture into a container (greased), and take it to the fridge for a couple of hours to harden.
