Ingredients
Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Baking powder:
Organic eggs:
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.
1 teaspoon
1 unit
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, protein, and baking powder.
2. Add the egg and mix again.
3. Transfer the mixture to greased baking paper (wet your hands well so it doesn't stick) and divide it into two buns.
4. Optionally add chocolate chips and close the mixture (before closing it, wet your hands again).
5. Place the air fryer at 350ºF for 8 minutes.
6. Check if the buns are really cooked and let them cool to room temperature.
